All establishments are originally based in Sapporo, Northern Japan’s culinary capital, which is known for producing some of the finest seafood and produce in the world.
THE SELECT is proud to be able to host each of these prestigious Japanese establishment. Each restaurant is focused in a specific type of cuisine, honed over many years, thus providing each guest with a unique, extraordinary and authentic Japanese dinning experience. THE SELECT was developed by Keep Properties and designed in conjunction with Archi-K and managed by Niseko Property.
